- To ensure the management and maintenance of the university network and system infrastructure,
- Distributing IP addresses under supervision, checking IP traffic, keeping records within the relevant laws,

- To ensure the operation and maintenance of the redundant data center within the scope of physical security, air conditioning, power and data storage and retention,

- To make exploration and control in the projects notified to the Department, to ensure that technical specifications are determined in accordance with the developing technologies,

The EBYS Support Unit, which operates under the Technical Support Services Branch Directorate, serves with a total of 2 personnel working in various technical and administrative positions.
The duties and authorities of the EBYS Support Unit are as follows:
- To identify problems that arise while using EBYS, to eliminate the problem via telephone, electronic media or remote connection if it is caused by user error, to take the necessary data and screenshots if it is not caused by user error, to forward them to the relevant units and to ensure the necessary coordination with the relevant units,
- To provide solution-oriented support by evaluating the problems, requests and opinions of end-users regarding EBYS, and to notify the relevant unit or personnel about the issues that are outside its authority,
- Providing feedback by evaluating the errors, problems, requests and opinions reported by end users via e-mail, telephone and Support System regarding EBYS,
- To carry out and control the authorization procedures of users registered in EBYS,
- To provide general information in line with the requests received from users related to EBYS,
- Evaluating software error and correction requests and directing them to the Software Branch Directorate when necessary,
- Monitoring and controlling the electronic signature application requests of users, organizing the lists and forwarding them to the relevant certificate issuer,
- To follow up the status of users who apply for e-signature,
- In the event that the Qualified Electronic Certificate becomes unusable as a result of PIN-PUK code blocking or loss of passwords, to ensure coordination between the user and the certificate producer for reissue; to follow the order, production and delivery processes,
- To carry out the correction and follow-up procedures for users with errors in their information by coordinating with the certificate producer,
- To ensure coordination between units for the procurement, installation, maintenance and support of the necessary software to create and verify reliable electronic signatures using smart cards, card readers and certificates,
- To coordinate with DETSIS in order to receive, update and control unit correspondence codes for units to carry out their correspondence, to carry out the necessary work and notifications to update the newly established, closed units, units with a change of superior unit in DETSIS.

The Web/ E-Mail Support Team, which operates under the Technical Support Services Branch Directorate, serves with a total of 1 staff working in various technical and administrative positions.
The duties and authorities of the Web/E-Mail Support Unit are as follows:
- To ensure the continuous publication of the university homepage, to update it, to publish and follow up the announcements and events on the website in light of the information received from official channels. (In addition to this article, if the mass mail request is requested in the same letter, to carry out that transaction)
- To meet the requests for opening a web page site from our university units via EBYS,
- To manage the web page of the Information Processing Department.
- To support and manage the websites within the university.
- To open a web space and an additional e-mail account if requested in light of the information received from official channels regarding national/international symposiums, congresses, seminars, workshops, etc. events and to authorize the responsible person.
- To evaluate the club website requests of our university student clubs in light of the information received from official channels, to ensure that the web space and the additional club e-mail address if requested are opened appropriately and that the advisor is informed.
- To support the University Survey System (To evaluate the survey request letter received from EBYS, to add the survey and the responsible person to the survey database if appropriate, to ensure that the survey is carried out and to provide support in case of any problems that may arise).
- To ensure that e-mails are opened, used and problems are followed up and solutions are implemented to real or legal persons (unit e-mails, event e-mails, etc.),
- To provide e-mail service support to all academic and administrative personnel and students registered in the system,
- To carry out university mass e-mail transactions (sending mass e-mails to Marmara, academic, student, etc. lists), to follow up on the request to be announced on the web in addition to the mass e-mail in the official request letter,

- Organizing the unit archive and destroying the expired documents, ensuring the delivery of the necessary documents to the Institution and State archives. Delivering the documents produced in our Presidency to the relevant places
- To follow incoming and outgoing documents, to write and file the Presidential letters,
- To carry out the secretariat duty of the Presidency.

The Purchasing / Inventory Unit, which operates under the Technical Support Services Branch Directorate, serves with a total of 2 personnel working in various technical and administrative positions.
The duties and authorities of The Purchasing / Inventory Unit are as follows:
- Preparing the budget of our Presidency and following it up during the year,
- To carry out the financial accounting transactions of the Presidency,
- Keeping the accounting records of the Presidency and reporting the year-end accounts,
- Purchasing materials/services in line with the requests from our units (purchasing). To prepare the technical specifications of the products to be purchased,
- To follow up maintenance, repair and license transactions.
The Software Unit serves with 1 unit manager and a total of 12 personnel working in various technical/administrative positions.
The duties and authorities of the Software Unit are as follows:
- To prepare and develop the infrastructure on which the system and/or modules to be designed and offered for the common use of all units within the University, or for units to be designed and offered for use after the analysis studies carried out in line with the needs,
- Preparing technical documents describing all software development processes and standards and maintaining these documents in appropriate mediums,
- To create the general code and control (User Control) infrastructures to be used throughout the project,
- Following new technologies and integrating them into the system,
- Installing software in test, training and application environments,
- To develop, procure and make applicable the computer software required by the designed projects,

- Analyzing and designing software projects, corrections and/or updates assigned to him/her by the Head of the Department in line with the identified needs of information systems and new components within the university,
- Within the scope of analyzing the given software projects, to draw workflows, collect the necessary data, prepare and present analysis documents,
- To work in coordination with university units and Software Application and Development Branch Directorate teams,
- Creating educational materials about the projects that the end user can benefit from,

- Designing and updating web pages in line with the demands of the university academic and administrative units and unit work plans,

- To provide the best service to the employees and citizens of the institution by ensuring that the university's internet homepage has a structure that can provide citizen-oriented service, information and document sharing,
- To contribute to the interface designs of the software developed in the Department of Information Technologies,
