With the Marmara VPN service, our University Administrative and Academic staff will be able to access the intra-campus network resources of our university through the package program (GlobalProtect) to the personal computers or mobile devices they use during their time outside the campus.

To use the Marmara VPN service, press Enter by typing vpngiris.marmara.edu.tr in the address line of the internet browser you are using on your computer

or click on the https://vpngiris.marmara.edu.tr link. 

Enter your email address as the user name, and then enter your Email password as the password. 

Download the appropriate GlobalProtect Agent application based on your computer operating system and complete the installation steps.

 

After the installation is complete, the window above will open at the bottom right of your computer screen (near the Date-time section). Press the "Connect" key by typing vpngiris.marmara.edu.tr  in the empty box inside this window ("Please enter your portal address").

 

In the next window after the connection is established, the User Name (username) Email address and Password (password) are your email password. After you have completed the relevant sections, click Sign in.

Once your email address and password are verified, the connection will be successfully provided
