Objective:

Evaluation of whether the software needs of the unit or academic staff who applied to the Scientific Research Projects Unit can be met.

Scope:

Includes units and/or academic staff who apply to the Scientific Research Projects Unit.

Steps to take advantage of the service:

Actions required by units who wish to perform a dispatch service;

1. “BAPKO Projects Software Claims Form" must be completed by the Project Executor.

2. The BAPKO Project Software Claims Form is sent from the Electronic Document Management System (EBYS) to the Information Processing Department. Contact information for the Project Execuant must be specified.

3.The form is evaluated by the Department of Computing (whether or not our university is in license inventory)

4.The relevant sections are completed by the Information Department.

5. It is delivered to the Form Project Executive by the Information Processing Department, based on contact information.
