Quality Assurance Mechanisms

Within the scope of the Quality Assurance System within our Department, quality assurance mechanisms (PDCA, Processes, tasks, authorities and responsibilities, structure of units, calendar, etc.) have been established to cover all areas and processes of the unit in order to create mechanisms such as data collection, data analysis, and access to big data. In line with the mission, vision and strategic plan of our University, our Presidency has adopted quality assurance policies that ensure to provide service to internal and external stakeholders at the specified standards and to maintain this service continuously, taking into account the operations, processes and mechanisms related to quality policies, the responsibilities and positions of all our units. The processes planned in line with these policies are implemented by our relevant units.

The data covering all our business processes are transmitted to stakeholders electronically, without any intervention, instantaneously, accurately and healthily. Information on the activities carried out in the unit is shared up-to-date through the Information Management System (IMS). In addition, our documents prepared for periodically produced activities and studies are presented to the public on our web page.

Our Presidency has ISO 27001:2013 ISMS (Information Security Management System) certificates and has documented that it has adopted and implemented Information Security policies based on these certificates. (ISMS - Policy)
